VGP – The Government and the PM issued 22 legal documents, including 18 Decrees and four Decisions, in September 2018.

Decree No. 115/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 04, 2018 regulates on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on food safety.
Decree No. 117/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 11, 2018 of the Government defines protection of confidentiality and provision of client information of credit institutions.
Decree No. 118/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2018 regulates on the work of combining military – civil and medical, which includes six chapters and 17 articles.
Decree No. 119/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2018 defines e-invoices used for sale of goods and supply of services.
Decree No. 130/2018/NĐ-CP details the implementation of E-Transactions Law on digital signature and digital signature certification services, which consist of nine chapters and 34 articles.
The PM issued Decision No. 39/2018/QD-TTg, amending Decision No. 37/2011/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated June 29, 2011 on mechanisms to support the development of wind power projects in Viet Nam.
