18 legal documents issued in November

VGP – The Government and the PM issued 18 legal documents, including 13 Decrees and five Decisions in November 2018, according to the press announcement of the Ministry of Justice.

Decree No.149/2018/NĐ-CP elaborates Clause 3 Article 63 of the Labor Code regarding application of workplace democracy.

Decree No. 150/2018/NĐ-CP amends certain decrees on investment and business requirements and administrative procedures in the information and communications sector.

Decree No. 153/2018 / NĐ-CP defines policy on adjustment of pensions for female laborers who start to receive pensions for the period from 2018-2021 and have paid social insurance premiums for full 20 years to 29 years and six months.

Decree No. 158/2018/NĐ-CP regulates on the establishment, reorganization and dissolution of administrative organizations.

Decree No. 160/2018 / NĐ-CP details the implementation of a number of articles of the law on natural disaster prevention and control.

Decree No. 161/2018/NĐ-CP amends and supplements some regulations on recruitment of public servants, civil servants.

Decision No. 45/2018/QĐ-TTg stipulates a meeting regime in management and administration activities of agencies under the state administrative system.

Decision No. 47/2018/QĐ-TTg defines pilot on food safety investigations at districts and communes at nine localities including Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong City, Da Nang City, Can Tho City, Thanh Hoa Province, Ha Tinh Province, Dong Nai Province and Gia Lai Province.
