11 legal documents released in July

Decree 58/2019/ND-CP, dated July 1, 2019 stipulates preferential levels of allowances for people who have merits in assisting the revolution. The decree took effect on August 15, 2019.

Decree 59/2019/ND-CP dated July 1, 2019 details a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on preventing and fighting corruption. The decree came into force on August 15, 2019.

Decree 62/2019/ND-CP, dated July 11, 2019 amends and supplements some articles of Decree 35/2015/ND-CP, dated April 13, 2015 on management and use of paddy cultivation land. 

Decree 63/2019/ND-CP, dated July 11, 2019 stipulates sanctions against administrative violations in the fields of public asset management and use; thrift practice and waste combat, national reserves, and State treasury. The decree shall take effect since September 1, 2019.

Decree 64/2019/ND-CP of the Government dated July 16, 2019 amends Article 7 of Decree 160/2013/ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 by the Government on the criteria to differentiate species and the regime to manage species in the List of endangered, precious or rare species. The decree shall take effect on September 5, 2019.

Decree 65/2019/ND-CP of the Government dated July 18, 2019 amends and supplements some articles of Decree 104/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 by the Government stipulating sanctions against administrative violations in the fields of natural disaster prevention and fighting; irrigation works exploitation and protection; dykes. The decree shall take effect on September 9, 2019.

Decree 67/2019/ND-CP dated July 31, 2019 prescribes charges for granting mining right and calculation methods./.
