11 legal documents issued in August
VGP – The Government and the PM issued 11 legal documents, including nine Decrees and two Decisions.

The Decree ensures its compliance with the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and regulations of Decree No.50/2016/NĐ-CP stipulating the functions, tasks, rights and organization of the Government Office.
It aims to create a legal foundation to effectively realize administrative procedure management and improve the effectiveness of the administrative reform and one-door mechanism.
Decree No. 93/2017/ND-CP defines financial regimes for foreign credit institutions and bank branches and financial supervisory agencies, appraisal of state-investment efficiency in 100% state-owned credit institutions and credit institutions of which the State has stakes.
It heads to facilitate credit organizations to manage finance and guarantee capital safety and stable and legal operation.
Decree No. 94/2017/ND-CP on declaring the State monopoly in the production and trading of goods and services was issued to create a specific, transparent and united legal framework for the State and other sectors to supervise the implementation of State monopoly in trading activities suitable with current laws and international commitments.
Decree No. 100/2017/NĐ-CP amends and supplements some articles of Decree No. 39/2017/ND-CP providing the regulatory framework for animal and aqua feeds.
